About the Chorus
MPAA/NHGMC History and Mission
The New Hampshire Gay Men's Chorus was established in 1998 and is a member of the Manchester Performing Arts Association. Our mission is to present quality entertainment, provide an opportunity for wholesome social interaction for our members, and present a positive image of the gay community in New Hampshire.
The Chorus produces two concert series each year, a winter concert series in early December and a spring concert series in early May. Throughout the year, we also accept additional requests to perform from community organizations. For details on our upcoming performances, please visit our events page.
Membership is open to all men, 18 years of age or older, who are gay or gay-supportive and who enjoy the camaraderie and satisfaction of singing in a vocal group. New members are welcome to join the chorus at the beginning of each season (in early January and in early September). Please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone at any time for further information.
